Payment and Booking deposit

The Art Residence prices are final, there are no extra charges, they include all taxes, utilities, use of towels, bed clothes, cleaning service after every 3rd night, departure cleaning service.

In case of reservations made in advance, a booking deposit is required to guarantee your accommodation.
The booking deposit is equal to the first night stay, except during high season, when we require  50 % of the total price, and during the Christmas and New Year season, when we require 100 % of the total price.
The booking deposit must be paid within 5 days from the date the booking has been made.
The booking deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation made 30 days before arrival, partially refundable (50 %) in case of cancellation made 30 to 7 days before arrival, non refundable in case of cancellation made 7 or less days before arrival or in case of no show.

You can pay your booking deposit in either or the following ways, just let us know which one you prefer:

1. With the secure Paypal System, using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We will e-mail you a payment request through the secure Paypal System. You follow the easy steps on the e-mail and pay with your credit card. If you wish to use this method, plese ask your booking assistant.
The guest is asked to pay the booking deposit + 5 Eur bank charges.

2. Via bank transfer, to the Art Residence bank account. If you wish to use this method, please ask your booking assistant to send you the bank details by e-mail.
The guest is asked to pay the booking deposit + 5 Eur bank charges.

The balance due is fully paid in cash upon arrival, in EUR or in Czech Crowns. Credit cards are not accepted.

Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 50 EUR might be requested. The security deposit will be returned to the guests on the last day of their stay, if the apartment has been returned in good order, without damages or loss.
In case of groups larger than 8 people, the refundable security deposit is 100 EUR for each apartment booked.

Apartment keys

The keys of the apartments will be given by the Art Residence representative upon arrival, after payment.

On the arrival day, as soon as they arrive in Prague, the guests must contact the Art Residence staff BY SMS or TELEPHONE to agree about the arrival time to the apartment. Any of the following mobile numbers can be used: +420 724 124 838, Anna (italian, english, czech, spanish); +420 725 544 599, Liliya (czech, english, ukranian, russian), +420 602 373 414, Jan (english, czech, farsi, french).
The contact person, who will be welcoming you at the apartment on arrival, will not be held responsible of the arrival without previous notification and will only wait at the apartment up to 20 minutes after the agreed arrival time.
Note: it normally takes 40 minutes to arrive from the airport to the apartments. 20 minutes from the train stations.
It takes maximum 45 minute for our staff to arrive to the Art Residence apartments from any Prague area.

Good-keeping of the apartment

The guest accepts responsibility for the good-keeping of the apartment during their stay and to hand-over the apartment, at the check-out date, in the same good condition at the time of leaving. The guest accepts liability for any loss or damage to the apartment, furniture, fixtures and appliances, which may be incurred by their use during the period of stay. The guest has provided his/her credit card as a guarantee to cover damages. The guest may also be asked to pay a cash ‘security deposit’ at the time of signing – from which deductions will be made to cover any damages. The remainder will be refunded to the guest on the day of departure. The guest has fully checked that the apartment, furniture, fixtures and appliances are functioning and in good condition at the time of signing. The guest has informed the ART RESIDENCE representative of any appliances which are not functioning and/or any current damage to the apartment.

Our guests are kindly invited to maintain the apartments in good order.
Our guests are kindly requested not to make noise  in the staircase after 22.00h
Guests not respecting this point may be asked to leave the property with no refund of the rent paid.
Please note that at the moment there is no reception in the building.
Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Parking

Guests travelling by car should note that there is no parking in the building and due to parking restrictions in the area it's not possible to park in the street. There are several guarded garages near the Art Residence and we will be happy to book a garage for you or to send you the list of the available ones. Please ask your booking assistant.
