All Art Residence APARTMENTS include: central heating, double windows, bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, WC, fridge and freezer, stove, fully equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, sofas, bedclothes, hairdryer, kettle, iron and ironing board, clothes rack. Free, high-speed, 24hours ADSL internet connection and WI-FI, wahing Some rooms have ensuite bathroom with shower and/or bathtub.

Monthly rent includes all bills, internet and monthly cleaning.

1 month deposit upon signing the contract.

Max. 1 person per room.

All tenants get a full assistance with their rooms in case of any emergencies.
