This booking request form is not binding. You will receive a confirmation from the Art Residence. The whole booking process takes from 10 minutes to 12 hours.

Art Residence Payment and Cancellation conditions: a booking deposit is required to guarantee your accommodation. Booking deposit for low season: first night stay. Booking deposit for high season: 50 % of the total price. Booking deposit for Christmas and New Year: 100 % of the total price. The booking deposit must be paid within 5 days from the date the booking has been made. Cancellation conditions: 30 days before arrival - booking deposit fully refundable. 30 -7 days before arrival - 50 % of the booking deposit charge 7 or less days before arrival or no show - 100 % of the booking deposit charge You can pay your booking deposit in either or the following ways, just let us know which one you prefer: 1. With the secure Paypal System, using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We will e-mail you a payment request through the secure Paypal System. You follow the easy steps on the e-mail and pay with your credit card. If you wish to use this method, plese ask your booking assistant. 2. Via bank transfer, to the Art Residence bank account. If you wish to use this method, please ask your booking assistant to send you the bank details by e-mail. The balance due is fully paid in cash upon arrival, in EUR or in Czech Crowns."
